Custom Orders Are Made Just for You
Since each custom piece is handcrafted especially for you, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has started. So please double-check your order details before submitting your request! Air pockets are a nature of different temperature changes, climate change etc. As we do our very best to make sure they are completely degassed. Cups are left with a small air pocket to help the expansion of glitter to not crack the cup. Any other air pockets are due to the nature of shipping and therefore we are not responsible for any changes in air pockets when they arrive to you. Thank you for your understanding!
