By placing an order with AC Stellar Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Custom & Handmade Products

All items, including snow globe cups, shirts, and crewnecks, are handmade and made to order. Due to the custom nature of these products, slight variations in color, design placement, glitter movement, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Processing & Turnaround Time

Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing before shipment. Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume. Rush orders are not guaranteed unless discussed and confirmed prior to purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a confirmed error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Care Instructions

Snow globe cups must be handled with care. Do not drop, microwave, freeze, or expose to extreme heat, as this may cause damage or leaking.

Apparel items (shirts and crewnecks) should be washed inside out in cold water and air dried or tumble dried on low to maintain quality.

AC Stellar Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once your order has been shipped, AC Stellar Creations is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. All cups leave here with little to no air bubble. Due to the fact that shipping can cause temperature change, climate change, etc. air bubbles can be formed in transit and is not at fault of the business. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun or after 24 hours of purchase.
